I design and build data infrastructure for humanitarian and business intelligence — from PostgreSQL pipelines to Power BI dashboards.
"From raw field data to decisions on the ground."
I'm a Data Engineer based in Tunis. I started out in business and statistics, spent a few years teaching math, and somewhere along the way realized what I actually loved was building data systems — pipelines, ETL workflows, dashboards that people rely on to make decisions.
That led me to a Master's in Data Analytics and into some genuinely interesting work. At IMPACT Initiatives I build data infrastructure that supports humanitarian operations in Sudan. Before that I developed NLP pipelines at VERMEG in fintech, automating email classification at 92% accuracy.
I care about data that does something real — not just dashboards that look nice, but systems that hold up under pressure and actually get used.

NLP pipeline automating email triage: categorisation (RoBERTa), sentiment analysis (BERT), named-entity extraction (spaCy), summarisation (BART), and response generation (LLaMA-2). Deployed on Hugging Face Spaces.
